PURPOSE:To perform operation at a low power supply voltage and to obtain steep insulation characteristics, by feeding a current from a current source to a resistance between the base and emitter of a transistor (TR) and regarding a collector current which increases abruptly at heat insulation temperature as an output current. CONSTITUTION:Resistances 2 and 3 are connected between the base and collector, and base and emitter of a TR1; the base of a TR4 is connected to the collector of the TR1, the emitter of the TR4 is connected to the TR1 through a resistance 5, and the emitter of the TR1 is connected to a resonance terminal G while a current mirror circuit 100 which receives the collector current of the TR4 is composed of TRs 6-8 and resistances 9, 10, and 11. Then, the emitter current density of the TR1 is set higher than that of the TR4 to obtain a zero- temperature coefficient. For this purpose, the resistance ratio of resistances 9 and 10 is set properly and the emitter area ratio of the TRs 1 and 4 is also set properly. |
