PURPOSE:To automate a titled device and to perform brazing with high reliability, by detaining and disposing a tip to be brazed to a metal saw in a prescribed position, and driving a flux coating means, a torch, a solder supply means and the metal saw cooperatively and intermittently. CONSTITUTION:A metal saw 10 is fixed to a fitting shaft 15. A piece of tip is dropped from a parts feeder 21 in a chuter 22 and is detained in a detaining part 30, whereafter the tip is sandwiched with a gripper 40 and is disposed in the blade part 11 of a metal saw 10, then a holding part 50 is driven to hold the tip in said position. A flux is coated in the prescribed region from a flux coater 60, and a torch 80 is moved downward to heat the brazing part; at the same time, a brazing material is supplied from a solder supply device 90 to braze the tip to the blade part 11 of the metal saw 10. When the brazed part cools, the saw 10 is rotated by one pitch with a driving machine 100 and the tip is brazed thereto by the similar operation. |
