PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine allowing each player executing a fighting game to discretionarily select a basic standing position of a character of an own machine with respect to an opponent in a game image.SOLUTION: First and second virtual cameras 300A and 300B are so disposed in an object space as to be symmetric in both sides of a reference point M, a reference line L10 or a reference surface S that is determined by a first position P1 associated with a position of a first character OB1 and a second position P2 associated with a position of a second character OB2. The first and second virtual cameras are so controlled that the positions of the first and second virtual cameras become symmetric about the reference point, symmetric about the line, or symmetric about the surface. The game machine determines that object space photographed by any virtual camera of the first and second virtual cameras is displayed as the game image on the basis of a basic standing position determined by a position selection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
