<p>NEW MATERIAL:The piptide derivative of formula I (R1 and R2 are lower alkyl) or its acid addition salt. EXAMPLE:D-Valyl-L-leucyl-L-lysyl-(3-carboxy-4-N,N-di-n-propylamino)-an ilide dihydrochloride. USE:Substrate for the quantitative determination of plasminogen, plasmin, antiplasmin and plasminogen activator which are the components of blood plasma. For example, the substrate of formula I is made to react with plasmin under neutral or weakly alkaline condition, the separated aminobenzoic acid derivative of formula II is subjected to the oxidative coupling with the coupler of formula III, and the resultant colored compound of formula IV is determined by colorimetry. PROCESS:Amino-protected L-lysine is coupled with 3-carboxy-4-N,N-dialkyl-aminoaniline by mixed acid anhydride process, etc. The coupling product is condensed successively with amino-protected L-leucine and amino-protected D-valine, and all the protecting groups are removed from the reaction product to obtain the peptide of formula I .</p> |
