PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a three-phase rotary electric machine capable of appropriately compatibly suppressing reduction of immunity to rotational fluctuation and securing an overlap amount.SOLUTION: In a first mode, 120° electrification is performed and based on zero-cross timing of an induction voltage e¥(¥=u, v, w) to be monitored during a monitoring period of the induction voltage e¥, sensorless control is executed, In a second mode, 130-140° electrification is performed and based on zero-cross timing of an induction voltage e¥(¥=u, v, w) to be monitored during a monitoring period of the induction voltage e¥, sensorless control is executed.
