PURPOSE:To enhance the detecting sensitivity with a simple structure by detecting whether a motor rotates or not according to the output level of the prescribed timing of a logic inverter for inverting an input level. CONSTITUTION:When a drive pulse is supplied to a motor and a switching circuit S3 becomes ON at the time when a current flowing through a coil becomes a maximum, a capacitor C3 is charged by the voltage of an input terminal Pi at this time. The circuit S3 becomes ON while a switching circuit S4 becomes OFF at the time when the coil current becomes at a minimum. A gate circuit G2 operates as an inverter, and a logic value ''1'' is generated at its output terminal D. The rotation of the motor can be discriminated by latching them. When the motor is not rotated, the output of the gate G2 becomes logic value ''0''. |
