The moving mechanism has first and second supports (4,5) hinging together via a bearing (7). The first support is movably mounted in a suspension member (6), while the second has a coupling temporarily engaging with the item. A drive mechanism (1) is coupled by a transmission member (3) to the coupling, so as to vary its distance from the suspension member. At the bearings, the supports are coupled together by components (42,52) causing them to hinge at the same time as the distance alters between the coupling (55) and the suspension member. The coupling thus always moves in a straight line w.r.t. the suspension member. |
