PURPOSE:To delete the number of parts by rotating a stator core formed with grooves of different sizes on the outer periphery prescribed times to stack them and engaging the connecting piece of an end bracket to the stepped part of the groove formed on the outer periphery of a stator. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 11a1, 11a3, 11a5 of width (a) and depth (b) are formed on the outer periphery of a stator core 11, and grooves 11a4, 11a6, 11a3 of width A (>a) and depth B (>b) are formed at the position rotating at 180 deg. to the grooves 11a1, 11a3, 11a5. Stator cores 11 of such shape are stacked in number corresponding to the stacking thickness (l), for example, in such a manner that they are stacked twice per at 180 deg. at two positions of thicknesses (l/4) and (3l/ 4), grooves 13 of different width and depth are formed on the outer periphery of a stator 12, and connecting pieces formed at the first and second end brackets are bent and connected to the stepped parts 13a of the grooves 13 formed at the inverted position. |
