PURPOSE:To wind wire material regularly in a winder provided at the joint of a fire extinguish hose and a clutch, by winding a slider having a wire material reel through rotation of a rotary shaft concentrical with a chuck. CONSTITUTION:A tubular member 44 to be used as a clutch for a fire extinguish hose is first fixed to a chuck device or a disc 38 through a bolt 42 then a hose 46 is inserted. Then a handle 36 will position a ring 50 to the left end of a screw section 48 and an arm 56 to upper position. Thereafter the wire 98 of a reel 104 is passed through a hole 92 in a sliding chip 90 to lower near to the tubular member 44, and the arm 56 is rotted by the handle 36 to start winding of wire 98 over the hose 46. Here the lapping and fastening force are regulated respectively by the handles 84 and 94 then the handle 36 is rotated to move the ring 50 to the right thus to wind the wire 98 around the hose 46 automatically and regularly. |
