PURPOSE:To obtain the foamed resin molded object which enables to obtain a maximum volume by using the necessary minimum amount of the foamable resin beads without enhancing a foaming ratio, by enveloping the bulk filler of a paper powder, etc. between the boundary faces where the foamed resin beads contact each other. CONSTITUTION:Foamable resin beads 10 are heated in a mold with the bulk filler 11 of a paper powder, an inorganic filler, etc. and the bulk filler is enveloped by the boundary faces 12 where the foamed beads 10a contact each other, thereby obtaining a molded object. |
