发明名称 DEVICE FOR DETECTING QUANTITY OF STOCK IN SILO
摘要 PURPOSE:To find the quantity of stock with high accuracy, by hanging plural ultrasonic probes in grating shape on the whole section of a silo so as to ascend/ descend them freely and detecting the vertically shifted variable of the hanging member to detect the upper position and upper shape of the stock. CONSTITUTION:A measuring element 3 is hung in the upper space of stock (a) in a silo cylinder 1 by actuating a winding drum 6 and ascending/descending a wire 7 and the positions of measuring points on the upper surface of the stock (a) corresponding to the ultrasonic probes 5 are measured by the probes 5 provided to respective nodes of the grating frame 4 of the measuring element 3 to measure the shape and position of the whole upper surface of the stock (a) by one operation. The distance between the respective ultrasonic probes 5 and the upper surface of stock (a) is moved by ascending/descending the wire 7 so as to attain the most accurate measurement, making it possible to measure the quantity of stock highly accurately.
