PURPOSE:To display a picture while only color is changed into color specified by a color commanding device by providing a circuit which extracts a hue and a color part and the color commanding device which has a color encoder and a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:For a video signal outputted from a color camera 1, the range of color to be extracted by a chromakey circuit 2 is set with dials A and B, A' and B', and A'' and B'' on an extracted color specification panel 3 over a look at a color monitor 8. For a part to be changed in color, color information stored previously in the memory mechanism in the color commanding device 4 is converted by the color encoder 5 into analog color information, which is synthesized at a synthesizing circuit 7 as a color to be displayed within the range specified with a No.1 dial on the panel 3, thus obtaining desired display on the color monitor 8. Similarly, colors to be displayed within ranges specified by the No.2 and No.3 dials on the panel 3 are also mixed by an indication from the microcomputer 6 to be displayed on the color monitor 8 at the same time. |
