PURPOSE:To deliver paper leaves one by one in a proper form by regulating the position of end faces of accumulated paper leaves by means of a suction cylinder with plurality of suction holes for blowing out air to gaps of paper leaf layers from an exhaust cylinder with slits or small holes. CONSTITUTION:When a placing table 8 is raised, the uppermost layer of paper leaves Q is brought in touch with a position detector 9 to stop a motor 5, and paper leaves Q are kept at a constant height. Every time suction holes 22 on the peripheral wall of a rotating drum pass the front of a suction nozzle 24, a suction force works to the uppermost layer of paper leaves Q, which is absorbed on the surface of a rotating drum 21, carried into a holding port 37, and finally held between conveyor belts 31 and 32 to be conveyed. In this construction, an air stream is blown by a pair of jet nozzles 15 in the upper part of the right end of the paper leaves Q toward both sides in parallel with the delivery direction, and paper leaves Q are separated on the side of the delivery to be delivered one by one in a proper form. |
