PURPOSE:To turn a display on and off repeatedly when a calculated value coincides with the maximum permissible counting value and to erase the display if said value is exceeded, by providing an operating means for calculating the maximum permissible counting value which is a prescribed value having <=1 a counting error. CONSTITUTION:Samples are put on a weighing scale 11 and the weight and the number of the samples are stored in an RAM23. The RAM23 includes a maximum number register for storing input data successively. A display 3 displays the contents of a display register in a CPU and a flashing signal display 4 turns on and off a lamp or the displayed contents of the display 3. A keyboard 5 is provided with a storing key 51 for releasing the flashing of the display. When the counted value coincides with the maximum permissible counting value, the display turns on and off repeatedly, and when the maximum value is exceeded, the display is erased, so that the exceeded number is displayed without losing it and the working efficiency can be improved. |
