The grille moulding cavity is formed in the first mould (1), the turnable mould (3), and the slide core (4) and the grille (B) is moulded by injection of molten resin. After (B) is released from (1), it is set in a second mould (2) together with (3) so that the louver moulding cavity is formed in (2), (3), and (B). The louvres (E) are moulded by injection of molten resin. Car ventilator of good quality can be produced at low cost, simply and efficiently. |
