PURPOSE:To obtain the excellent characteristics and to facilitate the production, by forming a magnetic core or a magnetic shield, where a thin film consisting of a nonmagnetic metal such as gold, silver, copper, or the like is interposed between ferromagnetic materials, into a lamination and giving the single magnetic domain structure to the core. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic material 2 such as ''Permalloy'', a nonmagnetic material 12 such as gold, silver, copper, or the like, and a ferromagnetic material 2 are laminated on a substrate 1 consisting of an Al2O3-TIC and sapphire to form a lower core 2', and a gap layer 3 consisting of Al2O3, SiO2, etc. and a lower insulating layer 4 consisting of a photoresist are provided on this core 2'. A coil 5 is wound between the lower insulating layer 4 and an upper insulating layer 6 consisting of a photoresist. Further, a ''Permalloy'' layer 7, a nonmagetic material layer 13, and a ''Permalloy'' layer 7 are laminated. Thus, the single magnetic domain structure is given to the whole of the core to improve the characteristics, and the production process is simplified. |
