PURPOSE:To make constant the hardening portion of a molding material in the spool portion of an intermediate plate as well as prevent the hardening of the molding material in the runner portion by a method in which the contact area between a manifold and the intermediate plate is lessened and the gate seal pin is allowed to insert into the runner portion. CONSTITUTION:A checkered uneven portion 18a for lessening the contact area as much as possible and also for reducing the conductance of heat is formed on the lapping face of an intermediate plate 18 with a manifold 16. Also, a spool portion 26 into which the gate seal pin 17 can be inserted is provided in place in the intermediate plate 18. By this, the hardening portion of a molding resin material in the spool portion 26 of the intermediate plate 18 is made constant, and the hardening of the fluidizing resin molding material in the runner portion 25 of the manifold 16 can be prevented by completely separating the runner portion 25 from the inside of a cavity 27 by inserting the gate seal pin 17 into the runner portion 25. |
