PURPOSE:To reduce a load at loading start time, by pressing a turning lever and a loading disc in their turning the direction for a prescribed period from the start of loading by energizing a spring. CONSTITUTION:When a loading disc 3 is started, a hard load is applied to the loading disc 3 because a roller 25b or the like engaged with a cam part 3d of the loading disc 3 is displaced; but since an eject locking lever 36 is energized clockwise by a coil spring 38, the turning of the loading disc 3 is aided at the start time, and the load applied practically to the loading disc 3 is reduced. When the loading disc 3 is turned to some degrees and the lever 36 is separated from a projecting pin 3g, a roll or the like is slided at the specified position, and the load is reduced. |
