PURPOSE:To provide a novel working fluid for Rankine cycle, having excellent energy conversion efficiency, heat exchange characteristics, thermal stability, etc., by mixing chlorotetrafluoroethane with octafluorocyclobutane. CONSTITUTION:The objective working fluid is prepared by mixing (A) usually 90-50wt% of chlorotetrafluoroethane and (B) usually 10-50wt% of octafluorocyclobutane. The component (A) is 2-chloro-1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane and/or 1- chloro-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane. |
