PURPOSE:To eliminate non-specific agglumination or non-specific attachment on cells by fixing an immunoactive material contg. an NH2 group to the fine particles within a specific grain size range by convalent body with a polymer consisting of glycidyl acrylate or glycidyl methacrylate. CONSTITUTION:Particles of a polymer of glycidyl acrylate or glycidyl methacrylate alone or a copolymer of both or, if necessary, a polymer added with a monomer for crosslinking are obtained in desired grain sizes by a precipitation polymn., emulsion polymn., or suspension polymn. method. Such fine particles and an immunoactive material (antigen, antibody, etc.) having an NH2 group are fixed by covalent bonding. The resulted particles fixed with the immunoactive material enable the stable immunoanalysis with high sensitivity without non- specific agglumination or non-specific attachment on cells owing to the protein, etc. in sample, except the component to be detected. |
