PURPOSE:To mix soya milk and a coagulant in a short time, and obtain high- quality TOFU (bean curd) or ABURAGE (fried bean curd), by pouring soya milk in a forming box, putting the coagulant into the milk, and swinging a plate vertically in the box. CONSTITUTION:The pallet 2 containing a coagulant is immersed in soya milk contained in a forming box 1, and swung vertically with the handle 3. The soya milk in the box 1 moves horizontally by the downward motion of the pallet 2, and vertically by the upward motion thereof. By the combination of the horizontal and vertical flows of the soya milk, the coagulant can be mixed in the soya milk uniformly and completely in a short time. A high-quality product can be prepared by this process easily even by an untrained hand. |
