摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of a heated regenerating gas and to eliminate special temp. control, by a method wherein an exhaust gas from the adsorbing tower of a cooling process is sent into a heater through a heat accumulator and the heated gas is introduced into the adsorbing tower of a heating and regennerating process to conserve heat energy. CONSTITUTION:A room temp. cooling gas is introduced into a second adsorbing tower 1b through a pipe 6 and a valve 7 to cool an adsorbent brought to a heated state through the heating and regenerating process in the second adsorbing process 1b. The cooling gas heated itself through the cooling of the adsorbent is sent to a heat accumulator 10 through a valve 8 and a pipe 9 and subsequently sent to a heater while the temp. change of the cooling gas is equalized by the heat accumulator 10 to be heated to a temp. required in regenerating the adsorbent and the heated gas is sent into a third adsorbing tower 1C under a heating and regenerating process through a pipe 12 and a valve 13 as a regenerating gas. The adsorbent in the third adsorbing tower 1C after the adsorbing process is just prior to saturation and heated by the regenerating gas to release the adsorbed component therewith. The regenerating gas containing the desorbed component is discharged from the third adsorbing tower 1C through a pipe 15.</p>
