发明名称 POSITION CORRECTING APPARATUS FOR NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED LATHE
摘要 PURPOSE:To secure high accuracy with a simple structure, by attaching a detector to a turret that is reciprocated with respect to a main shaft table so as to the thermal displacement of the slide and the main shaft table. CONSTITUTION:A reference block opposed to the turret slide 8 is provided on the main shaft table, the end projects to a casing 13 attached to the turret slide 8 on the reference block side, and a detecting bar 14 to which a force of a spring 17 is energized in the direction of the projection is mounted in a reciprocative manner. The magnetic detector 15 is provided in the casing 13 and is positioned opposite to a magnet 16 attached the rear end of the detecting bar 14. The magnetic detector 15 can detect the passage of the magnet 16 due to the reciprocation of the detecting bar 14 to generate an analogue signal. Thus, while the present apparatus has a simple structure, the accuracy can be increased.
