PURPOSE:To generate testing codes simply with small capacity of storage, by permitting run length ''0'' and arraying codes so that the codes are started from a white code and white and black code appear alternately in order to decode an MH code by an MH code system. CONSTITUTION:A white code storage part 21 and a black code storage part 22 store white and black MH codes corresponding to run length 0-N. When original information is inputted to a control part 24, the control part 24 outputs the white and black MH codes of the MH code storage parts 21, 22 respectively through an MH code reading and controlling part 25 and an MH code string generating part 26 generates the combination of white and black runs to output as a testing MH code 4. |
