PURPOSE:To prepare a conjugated enzyme consisting of amylase G 4, 5 or amylase G 4, 5 and pullulanase, by cultivating a bacterium belonging to the genus Bacillus. CONSTITUTION:A bacterium such as Bacillus circulans G 4, 5 (FERM-P 6237) belonging to the genus Bacillus, capable of producing amylase G 4, 5 is cultivated with aeration in 6-9pH at 25-55 deg.C, and amylase G 4, 5 is collected from the culture solution. |
