According to the present invention, a gas fuel feed block for a midsize vessel engine comprises: a gas pipe installation part equipped with a gas pipe, including a gas channel for the flow of gas fuel and a vent channel for the flow of vent gas around the gas channel, and including a first gas fuel passage, through which the gas fuel from the gas channel of the gas pipe passes, and a first vent gas passage connected to the vent channel of the gas pipe and through which the vent gas passes; and a valve installation part including a second gas fuel passage, through which the gas fuel from the first gas fuel passage of the gas pipe installation part passes, a second vent gas passage through which the vent gas passes, and an opening part connected to the second gas fuel passage and into which a valve to control a gas fuel spray amount is inserted. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing the number of assembly processes and improving the convenience of maintenance.
