According to the present invention, a heating apparatus of a urea water solution is disclosed. The disclosed heating apparatus of a urea water solution comprises: an installation unit installed in a urea tank installation port; a heating unit installed in the installation unit, and extending to the inside of a urea tank; and a heat transfer member provided in the heating unit to diffuse heat generated in the heating unit. Therefore, heat transfer efficiency of the heating unit provided in the urea tank can be improved.
