A method for manufacturing a composite ceramic electrode according to the present invention includes: a step (a) of performing hydrothermal electrodeposition on a first layer containing BaTiO_3 in the upper part of the titanium electrode, by using a first electrodeposition solution containing a Ba source, a lanthanum-based source, and a Pb source; a step (b) of performing electrodeposition on a second layer containing -lead dioxide in the upper part of the first layer; and a step (c) of performing electrodeposition on a third layer containing -lead dioxide in the upper part of the second layer. So, the lead dioxide composite ceramic electrode having an extended service life can be provided. |
