PURPOSE:To make a high-stability oscillator for generation of a local oscillation signal unnecessary, by controlling a transmission frequency on a basis of a receiving frequency in a television relay broadcasting device or the like. CONSTITUTION:A phase comparing means 16, which compares the phase of the signal of an intermediate frequency with that of a reference signal to output a signal corresponding to the phase difference, and a means 43 which compares the output of a transmission local oscillator 6 with the phase difference of the reference signal to generate an error signal are provided. The oscillation frequency of a reception local oscillator is held in a certain frequency relation to the reference signal by the output of the phase comparing means 16, and the oscillation frequency of the transmission local oscillator is held in a certain frequency relation to the reference signal by the output of the means 43. |
