The present invention relates to hybrid fault tolerant system and method using Ethernet-based wired and wireless vehicle networks. An object of the present invention is to provide a system which is applied to a wired backbone network connecting front and rear sides of a vehicle, and which is configured in a duplex structure by connecting the front and rear sides via a wireless network, and thus increasing data in the vehicle can be processed, data can be continuously transmitted via the wireless network even when the wired back bone network fails, integrity of received data can be verified by using XOR operation, a voting technique, CRC check, and the like based on the number of links having transmitted the data, thereby ensuring integrity and reliability during data transmission. For this purpose, according to the present invention, the hybrid fault tolerant system using Ethernet-based wired and wireless vehicle networks, which is applied to a wired backbone network connecting a front switch and a rear switch and is configured in a duplex structure by connecting front and rear sides of a vehicle via a wireless network, comprises: a link number determination unit which receives data including a CRC value when the data is simultaneously transmitted via a wired link, in which the front switch is connected to the rear switch, and via a wireless link, and determines the number of links having transmitted the data; and an integrity verification unit which verifies integrity of the received data by using at least any one of XOR operation, a voting technique, and CRC check based on the number of links having transmitted the data. |
