Without use of asbestos, wooden pulp (10˜30 %), linden pulp (5˜25%), rosin (10˜35%), metal oxide or oxide of iron, oxide of Aluminum (1˜10%), silicate (1˜25%), and Aluminate (1˜20%) are mixed preferentially and put into the porcelain and the paper until a thickness of about 0.3˜2.0mm is reached. Then, it is dried and pressed, and attached to a steel-core. This is one layered-paper manrfacturing method.
