<p>An incinerator (1) for solid fuels involving a combustion unit (2) and a heat exchanger unit (3), whereby the combustion unit (2) contains a after burning pipe (5), supplied with a door and positioned above the combustion chamber (4). The fuel is fed in through an upper grate (7) and gradually breaks down, in a partially burnt condition, onto a lower grate (8) where total incineration occurs.Aside from the primary combustion draught necessary for incineration, which is supplied from the lower grate (8), a secondary combustion draught is also supplied via the after burner pipe's (5) lower edge, and a third combustion draught via obliquely arranged openings (16) on the guide rails (12) on the after burner pipe (5), ensures a very effective incineration.The guide rails (12), and the obliquely arranged openings (13) on the top of the after burner pipe (5), give the clean and hot combustion gases a rotating action which, because the heat exchanger unit (3) surrounding the after burner pipe (5) has a circular design, provides the best method for the retention of a high heat exchange effect.<IMAGE></p> |
