FIELD: data processing.SUBSTANCE: first identification key (1IK) is formed before merchandise turnover. Then 1IK in form of integral part is included into accompanying document form (ADF), which is provided with merchandise. At moment of merchandise turnover start information is provided (SI) on merchandise characteristic together with 1IK, after which second identification key (2IK) is generated, which together with 1IK and SI are entered into electronic data base (EDB).
