PURPOSE:To easily further efficiently assemble each spacer material, by providing an engaging part to one end face of the plural spacer materials consisting of a shock absorbing material and an engaged part to the other end face and connecting each spacer between the engaging part and the engaged part. CONSTITUTION:A bumper spacer 10 is constituted by two spacer materials 6, 7. An engaging protrusion 8 as the engaging part and an engaged hole 9 as the engaged part, in which the protrusion 8 is acceptably enveloped and not fallen off in the axial direction of the materials 6, 7 while can be slid in the vertical direction, are provided to oppositely facing ends of these materials 6, 7. Then each material 6, 7 is integrally formed by inserting said protrusion 8 into the hole 9 in the vertical direction to form the spacer 10. These materials 6, 7 are manufactured as the molded article of a foaming material in prescribed length. |
