PURPOSE:To obtain a fish paste product having excellent palatability and taste, and similar texture to the crab leg meat, by slitting the heat-coagulated fish paste web, and continuously collecting the thin strings of the fish paste thus obtained in the form of a crab leg meat. CONSTITUTION:The web T of the heat-coagulated fish paste is transferred by the front conveyor 13 to the slitting device 3, and the resultant slitted fish paste web is placed on the collecting conveyor 2. It is then introduced into the gap between the first rollers 5a and 5b, the edges of the web are rolled up, and the narrowed web is delivered from the delivery side. It is then transferred successively to the second rollers 7a, 7b, the third rollers 9a, 9b and the fourth rollers 11a, 11b to obtain a rod-shaped fish paste product, which is transferred to the rear conveyor 14 and cut to a length of 10-12cm or to an arbitrary length by the cutter plate 16. |
