Water dispersed polumer (I) which has good resistivity against blocking and good brilliance, and can be used for paper glossy coating, os composed of nitrocellulose(II) 3-35wt. %and vinyl polymer(III) 97-65wt.%in which (II) is soluable or solved. The components satisgy the following 2 equations, providing that NC means (II) isn wt.%, P means(III) in wt.%, and Tg means secondary transition temp. Tg>=-160(NC/+P)- 10(≦̸C), 60>=Tg>=-50(≦̸C). (I) os prepared by solving.(II) in the monomer of vinyl polymer, dispersing ot on water, polymg. it, and adding coarse film forming agent.
