PURPOSE:To increase adhesive force between a titanium base material and alumina and to improve specific elastic modulus, by adhering aluminium for an intermediate layer to the base material consisting of titanium and melt-injecting alumina over the intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:A titanium base material 8 with 20mum thickness is formed like a dome and an aluminium film 9 with 2mum thickness is adhered to the surface of the titanium base material 8 as an intermediate layer. Subsequently, alumina 10 is melt-injected to the surface of the aluminium film 9. The titanium base material 8 is strongly coupled with the alumina having high specific elastic modulus, forming a speaker diaphragm having high specific elastic modulus as a whole. |
