PURPOSE:To prevent a test call from being applied as an excessive load to an exchanging system at the busy time by varying the generating period of test calls in accordance with traffic. CONSTITUTION:T denotes a generating part of a test call starting signal which applies a test call starting signal periodically to a test call originating part SE to generate a test call in every time receiving the starting signal and the generating the period of the test call starting signals can be varied automatically or manually. If the test call originating part SE and a test call receiving part RE are static status, the S and R lines of respective lines ls, lr are in polarity A respectively, and when the test call sending part SE receives a test call starting signal from the test call starting signal generating part T, the part SE originates a test call incoming to the test call receiving part RE in every time of reception of the starting signal to test the normality of overall of the exchanging system EX. |
