<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the revolution torque on alignment and improve the lubrication performance of the resin material poured-in, by improving the composition of the raw resin material and the heat treatment before and after molding processing. CONSTITUTION:An outer ring 1 coated with thermosetting adhesive 9 is inserted and set at a certain position in the bearing mounting/demounting hole 7 on a lower metal mold 4, and a preheated inner ring 2 is set at the projection 8 in the center. An upper metal mold 3 is fitted onto the lower metal mold 4, and fused resin material 10 is poured under pressure into the gap between the inner and the outer races. The raw material resin consists of polyamide resin, glass fiber powder, and polytetrafluoroethylene resin. After molding, a bearing A is taken- out from the metal mold and said bearing is heat-treated at the adhesive-hardening accelerating temperature of 140 deg.C or so, before the poured resin material is hardened and shrunk. Thus, the adhesive 9 is rapidly hardened, and the resin material can be pulled and fixed onto the inner surface of the outer race 1.</p> |
