PURPOSE:To realize a common program, by making the coordinates of a deciding point during the 4-phase modulation into the same form as the coordinates of a deciding point during the 2-phase modulation. CONSTITUTION:The coordinate value (Sr+jSi) of a received signal underwent an A/D conversion is separated to a real number part Sr and an imaginary part Si through a coordinate value extracting part 4. Furthemore the values Sr and Si are added together by an adder in order to extract the polarity of the value (Sr+Si). For the reference value, it may be considered that a deciding point shown by (A) in the figure 2 is informed in the case of reception of a 4-phase modulated signal and a deciding point shown by (B) of the figure 2 is informed in the case of reception of a 2-phase modulated signal respectively. A microprocessor 3 which received the polarities of (Sr+Si), Sr and Si from an arithmetic part 2 uses a deciding part 6 fo reception of a 4-phase modulated signal, and a discriminating part 5 for reception of a 2-phase modulated signal respectively to decide a received data. |
