Disclosed is a polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer compound formed by copolymerization of a polyalkylene glycol monoalkenyl ether monomer and an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid monomer. A polymer compound of the present invention is used as an admixture for a cement composition, and exhibits excellent effects in maintaining the performance in water reducing ratio, workability, and flowability. |
