PURPOSE:To make a press-work machine to be in low pressure loading by a method wherein a tongue part formed in a nearly disk shaped blank is divided into two parts in the thickness direction, and the respective tongue parts divided into two parts thereof are bent in the right-angled direction to the blank to form a pedestal part for fixation of a magnet. CONSTITUTION:Two notched concave parts 21 are formed interposing a fixed interval between them in a blank 20 formed by blanking a magnetic metal plate in the nearly disk shape to form the tongue part 22 between the notched concave parts 21, the blank 20 is clamped by clamping dice 23A, 23B in the condition made the tongue part 22 thereof to proturde upward, and the tongue part 22 is divided into the two parts in the thickness direction by an wedge type punch 24. Then the respective tongue parts 22' divided into the two parts are bent by a punch 25 as to protrude at a right angle from the plate face of the blank 20, and the pedestal part 27 for fixation of the magnet consisting of the protruding parts 26A, 26B is formed. Besides, a rotating shaft engaging hole 3 provided with taper and having a key groove 3a is formed at the central part of the blank 20. |
