PURPOSE:To perform easily a dynamic diagnosis, by supplying the diagnosis data through a data bus intrinsic to a device and at the same time supplying the control signal by a scanning system comprising a shift register. CONSTITUTION:A diagnosing circuit 8 is added to a processor circuit. The circuit 8 has basically the function of a shift register. The outputs of latches S1- S5 of each stage forming a shift register are distributed to the data latches A, D, C, Pc and B respectively in the form of control signals. The data supplied to a terminal S IN are shifted successively by a clock CLK. The control signal is delivered from each stage when an input CTL=1 is satisfied, and this output is inhibited in the case of the input CTL=0. The control signal is supplied to each data latch in the form of an OR to the intrinsic set clock. |
