PURPOSE:To control easily the temperature characteristics with high accuracy, by providing weights at plural areas where the temperature characteristics vary in both positive and negative directions and then controlling these weights. CONSTITUTION:Weights 10 and 11 are provided at the longer side of an oscillating part 4. A driving electrode 5 is provided to nearly entire surfaces of both sides of the part 4 and drawn out to support parts 7a and 7b via bridge parts 6a and 6b respectively. The primary and the secondary temperature coefficients alpha and beta can be controlled in the positive and negative directions by removing the weights 10 and 11 respectively. |
