Provided is a server that improves user convenience during service registration. This server (100) is provided with: a service provision part (131) for providing a service to an unregistered user who is accessing the service but is not registered for the service; and a storage part (122) for storing a history of the service provided to the unregistered user by the service provision part (131). When the unregistered user registers for the service, the service provision part (131) allows the user to use the service while retaining the history of the service before the user registered for the service.
