PURPOSE:To attain very simple manufacture without requiring special equipment, by winding a conductor on a jig having a required inner diameter and size densely up to a required length, in manufacturing a flexible waveguide. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 2 is formed by using thin electric wires solder- plated or Sn-plated. The conductor 2 is wound around the jig 1 having the inner diameter of the required square waveguide densely up to the required length. The conductor 2 wound densely is heated to the melting point of plating, the plating is melted and used as a bonding member 3 to manufacture a flexible waveguide main body having a continuous waveguide inner diameter. After bonding, the flexible waveguide main body is formed by taking out the jig 1 from the bonded conductor 2. Further, a flange 4 is bonded at both ends. |
