The present invention relates to a method for identifying bacteria by using the nucleic acid of an extracellular vesicle from which external nucleic acids are removed by nuclease treatment. According to the method of the present invention, the usability of a method for identifying bacteria by using an extracellular vesicle can be increased since external nucleic acids of an extracellular vesicle are removed by treating a bacteria-derived extracellular vesicle with a nuclease, and the accuracy of the method for identifying bacteria can be improved.
