摘要 The present invention relates to a rotary actuator and, more particularly, to a rotary actuator having a thrust bearing ring positioned inside a tube assembly means, which contains oil, thereby reducing wear and fracture resulting from rotational friction, increasing the pressure-receiving area of the piston, and increasing the rotational force of an axle rod. The rotary actuator according to the present invention comprises a tube assembly means, a piston, an axle rod assembly means, and a thrust bearing ring. The tube assembly means comprises a tube thread portion, which has a screw formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof, has a first entrance/exit formed thereon, through which oil can enter/exit, and has a second entrance/exist formed thereon, which is spaced from the first entrance/exit by a predetermined distance. The piston is mounted inside the tube assembly means such that, when the oil flows in through the first entrance/exit, the same can move towards the second entrance/exit, and comprises an inner thread portion, which is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof, and an outer thread portion, which is formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof so as to engage with the tube thread portion such that the same can rotate during the movement. One end of the axle rod assembly means closes one end of the tube assembly means, and the other end thereof closes the other end of the tube assembly means, and the axle rod assembly means has an axle rod thread portion, which engages with the inner thread portion of the piston such that the same can rotate when the piston moves, such that the axle rod assembly means is inserted into the piston. One end of the thrust bearing ring contacts one side of the axle rod assembly means, and the other end thereof contacts one side of the tube assembly means, in order to reduce the frictional force between the axle rod assembly means and the tube assembly means, and the same are positioned on the one end and the other end inside the tube assembly means, respectively, so as to be exposed to the oil. According to the present invention, the trust bearing ring is positioned inside the tube assembly means, which contains oil, such that the thrust bearing ring is exposed to the oil, thereby reducing wear or fracture resulting from rotational friction. In addition, according to the present invention, the pressure-receiving area of the piston is increased, and the diameter of the axle rod, which is coupled to the piston body portion, is made large, thereby increasing the rotational force of the axle rod.
