The present invention relates to a massage and meridian mask. The present invention provides a meridian massage mask comprising: a meridian massage part for carrying out a massage function; a control part for controlling the meridian massage part; and a housing body in which the meridian massage part is provided and functioning as the whole case, wherein the housing body has a mask shape corresponding to a face so as to be put on a user's face, and further includes: an outer housing maintaining an orthopedic mask shape, having, at the inner side thereof, a space in which the meridian massage part is provided, and having a lower part thereof opened so as to transmit the operation of the meridian massage part to the user's face; and a skin contact part corresponding to the opened lower part of the outer housing such that the meridian massage part can be embedded between the outer housing and the skin contact part, wherein the skin contact part is coupled to the outer housing and made from a soft and flexible material. The present invention can provide an effective meridian massage to the whole face and can automatically adjust the height of the meridian massage part of the meridian massage mask in correspondence to the curves or contours of the face. |
