Disclosed is a battery pack which enables reduction of size and weight by means of minimizing the number of components of a structure and is suitable for obtaining structural stiffness and enabling distribution of external force by means of the shape of the structure. A battery pack, according to the present invention, comprises: a lower case which comprises both lateral walls that are inclined and fixing members that face each other on the lateral walls; a battery cartridge which is positioned between the fixing members on the lower case; and an upper case which covers the lower case and battery cartridge, wherein the battery cartridge comes in contact with the lateral walls and fixing members on the lower case.
